We use a range of methods to design a culture assessment process that best captures an insight into your programme/organisation culture. These methods can include interviews, profiling, questionnaires, observations, examination of organisational set up, and informal discussions.
We are also on hand to turn this insight into an action plan that supports you to create and sustain a culture that enables your people to thrive.
We'll be here whenever you need our support. You may also benefit from having culture coach support to enable you to put the action plan to work.

Development Activity Tailored to Your People
We offer a range of Learning Activity here at The Thrive Academy that is designed to support people to work in psycholgically-informed ways. We can tailor any of this activity to meet the needs of your people.
We also recognise that there may be a need for something new. We can work with you to create completely new and bespoke programmes of support for your staff.
The support offered may take the form of a single workshop or something that involves multiple interactions. We can also run activity that is focused on a particular issue, topic or question your people face in their work, or create something that covers mutiple topics.
Project Costs
We will take a project-based approach to supporting your programme/organisation, which means that each offer of support is bespoke to your particular needs and will involve different volumes and type of work.
Costs are determined based on the volume of work required to make the project a success.
