The ASPIRE Learning Journey
The Aspire programme has been designed with trainee and early career practitioners in mind.
The two-year programme is broken into 4 learning blocks (inspired by Maher, 2021) that seek to provide the breath and depth of learning necessary to enable learners to excel in the applied world of work.
Each block consists of 5 full-day workshops (6-7 hours each workshop).
Block 1: Understanding Self
Block 2: Working With Individuals
Block 3: Working With Teams
Block 4: Working Systemically
